Returns

Obviously, buying jewelry on the internet is very different than buying it in a store. You have to trust the seller, and the picture and your monitor for the color.

So if you receive your order and are not happy with it (not the color you imagined, the style doesn’t suit you after all, etc. ) you can return it (unless it’s a special order. Depending on the piece it might not be possible).

Please e-mail me and explain why you are not satisfied and if we agree, return the jewelry in its original package (please insure it so that you still get your money back if it gets lost). Once I get it I’ll pay you back by Paypal (but I don’t reinburse your shipping fees).

Warranty

I try to make my jewelry as solid as possible, but it is possible that a piece with a mind of its own decides to fall apart. That’s why I offer a one year warranty for manufacturing defects. That means if the piece of jewelry breaks for no apparent reason, you’re covered (but not if, for exemple, you take your shower with it everyday, your baby pulls on it several hours a day, or if you accidentally cut it while cutting your hair - yes, it has happened). In that case I will repair it for free (that’ll teach me !). Please e-mail me to find out what to do.

Repairs

You scrape your arm on barbed wire and you bracelet falls apart ? Your 4 year old decides to do crafts with the beads of your favorite necklace ? You drop your ring in the garburator (or other, see previous paragraph)? You can’t wear your favorite piece of jewelry and have no idea how to fix it... I can do it (well maybe) so e-mail me to find out if it’s possible and how much it would cost.

We pay for shipping costs.
